Hmmm...

I've thought about it a lot and there are just 2 questions that I really can't come close to answering in a satisfactory manner.

1. Why does the liberal wing of the Dems have such an utterly overwhelming hate for the President?

2. Who or what is going to be the next target of the hatred when GWB retires in 2009? Jeb? Dick Cheney? Rummy? (God, I'd love to see him as CIC.....)

Read a rumor that W is going to say that there IS something to this global warming claptrap. The Warmies will pee their big people pants and try to fund and start the project to have us all driving around in french-fry-grease-powered diesels by 2025. Sure hope W. pays attention to the real science.....

I think we're in agreement, but want to be sure...

I would argue with anyone saying mankind is causing the warming, but I think we are seeing warming/climate change.

Ice-ages and global warming happened in many cycles before man existed. What caused those cycles?

No doubt there is climate happening across the world but anyone who is sure than human activities other than thermonuclear war can cause changes is living in Al Gore's wet dream. Greenland was originally that - not a PR name. But during the Maunder Minimum, it and Iceland lost most of their population to cooling climate.

A good place to start looking is at the Solar System's heat engine - the sun.

So I pose this question to you and all your readers. People criticize Bush for fighting "a war we're not winning" in Iraq, but the "progressives" (read ninnys) want us to fight against GLOBAL CLIMATE CHANGE. As it was so eloquently put, the ebbs and flows existed before my neighbor's excursion or H2. Talk about an exercise in futility! I do however have to say, I would drive a french fry oil powered diesel before I would drive an Energizer with 4 wheels. Seems you can still make a bitchin' set of wheels with some engineeruity!
