The lexicon of domestic extremism produced by the DHA lists everyone in the world who is not an Islamist fruitcake as being a domestic terrorist. Including Rev "God DAMN America!" Wright (black nationalist), MoveOn.org (violent anti-war extremism), ELF (single issue extremists), ALF (animal rights extremism), Billy Ayres (direct action), - the list continues in an expansive manner. Read it and weep for your country.
