I love Heinlein, Drake, Asimov, Stout, Weber, Farmer, etc. Now reading "The Dragon Did It" by Eric Flint and Mike Resnick. Short stories of mysteries set in a universe that is not yours. Like Santa in first person explaining shooting an elf (other than a Weird Al tune). It's a hoot and perfect for summer light reading.
