Bend Over and Kiss Our Assembled Asses Goodbye

If the latest payback to the unions from the NLRB is permitted to stand, we may as well leave a note at Ben Franklin's gravesite notifying him that the republic he helped found is dead on the altar of Marxism. (In his 1848 polemic, Karl explained to Hopey that one of the foundation stones of socialism was trade unions.) Now the guardians of the body politic have switched sides:
In what may be the strongest signal yet of the new pro-labor orientation of the National Labor Relations Board under President Obama, the agency filed a complaint Wednesday seeking to force Boeing to bring an airplane production line back to its unionized facilities in Washington State instead of moving the work to a nonunion plant in South Carolina.
Kind of makes you wonder where the inmates of DC decided THAT power came from. Another Commerce Clause swindle? Or is the McChange administration thoroughly driving home the fact that they couldn't care less about the Constitutional limits to the executive branch no matter what?
The one point that really strikes me is that there appears to be no fear in the administration that the rules that DHS, DOJ, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, EPA, NLRB, your-favorite-agency, and all the rest are promulgating will ever be wielded by an opposition party..... (Not that the Republicans-as-now-exist could be a threat to anyone ever....)

Almost as if we've had the last free non-fraudulent election in this country....
