I think it's time the Republicans stole an idea from the Democrats. No, seriously.

In the grand tradition of Gerry Ferraro, McVain should seriously consider Alaska governor Sarah Palin. Mother, conservative, hunter, conservationist and hot (for an older woman) - what the hell's not to like? If nominated, she probably will pull in some PUMA /Shrillary votes. If elected as VP, Shrillary instantly becomes a ti-ti* footnote in history - and Sarah gets incumbent status. Sen Clinton is then hospitalized for clinical depression after she assaults Mild Bill when Sarah runs for all the marbles in 2012. Gawd, I love that scenario...
