Thank you very damn much, SCOTUS.
In 2000 Pope AlGore lost Ohio by about 185,000 votes. John-the-gigolo Kerry lost it in 2004 by about 118,000. The same azzoles that registered 105% of Indianapolis' total voting cohort have given Jennie-poo Brunner 200,000 new registrations that cannot be verified by any other government database (out of 680K+). Ohio Republicans sued and Sixth District Court decided she had until Friday to sort out the bogus ones. With a cry of "Math is hard" Jennie-poo raced to SCOTUS and whined. And cried. She got what she wanted. Now she can fart around until after the election without a problem. The corollary is that I believe the fix is in. That with the outright sale of the Ohio voters Jennie-poo has ensured Bambam's throne. And I also believe that with that decision, SCOTUS has officially rendered voting by citizens to be a complete sham. (I thought they'd at least wait till after the elections.) No election that does not prominently feature purple thumbs and no absentee voting except by government workers civil and military stationed overseas (and not on TDY either) can be accepted as the legitimate will of the electorate.
Thanks again, SCOTUS, for destroying the one citizen - one vote principle and reducing us to the banana-republic status that Jimmah always claimed for the country. "Procedural issue" notwithstanding, I'd like to thank the genius wizened legal beagles by name, but I can't seem to find a breakdown of names. Needless to say, they have ensured that the next 3-5 colleagues that join them are going to be Ginsberg-style screaming lib-ruls - especially with 61 Democrats in the Senate (why not? ACORN is under FBI scrutiny in 12 states so far).
"Hiya, "Assault" Weapons Ban II"
"What up, gay marriage?"
"You're my daddy, Fairness Doctrine."
"Helloooo Jimmah Carter-esque stagflation and an economy that may take 20 years to unscrew."
Worst of all, we paid ACORN to destroy the Republic.
Now it sux to be us.

Thought the same thing you did, until I read a lawyer's take on the decision.
Turns out the Supreme's just tossed it back to Ohio and said "it's your problem, fix it at the State level."
So it's not a done deal. It's just gonna end up screwing election results up big-time.
The fun is just beginning.
See "Now she can fart around until after the election without a problem." Part of the ruling was an indication that only the Fed Justice Department has standing to bring suit. I've worked with Justice and if it doesn't improve their 98% conviction rate, you can go to hell or Texas, your choice. It also said that SCOTUS was not stating either way whether Jennie-poo was busting the law (yeah, right). So we can expect Gov Strickland to instruct Brunner to fix the problem after the problems with Marc Dann? You make a cat laugh...
It can't be anything but a done deal with less than 3 weeks left until the election. Howinthehell are you planning on separation of legal votes from fraudulent ones after all are cast? Once the vote is cast, it's in stone.
Piss on the fire, the party's over.
