The Fabulous Food Show starring some folks from Food Network is at Cleveland's International Exposition (I-X) Center this weekend for $25 a pop including admission and a show. Biggie star is Paula Deen ($55). (She is not one of my favorites nor are her sons.) The L&T and I braved some pretty nasty weather and went to see Guy Fieri today. He looked like he was having a ball during his stage show. Made a jambalaya sandwich on two loaves of sourdough bread with melted Havarti. Looked killer and I'd love to make it at home - but the andouille sausage probably makes it a non-starter for her. We'll see. No law says I can't farkle with the recipe. Unless Hopey McChange has a problem with it.
