The people have spoken. It remains to be seen if they have chosen wisely ("We're Screwed '08!") but the voters have made their choice(s). (I have a hard time believing that Murtha won. Sux to be us.) Look for very interesting things to happen.

As I promised months ago when I forecasted one-or-the-other major parties would not survive, the Republican party has cratered. Ineffective would be the kindest adjective I would apply to them. Elimination of the party does not mean the folks who are supporters thereof disappear, as anyone knows.
