Franken and Schlossberg

We need a constitutional convention. Now would be good. Term limits would be nice, but repealing the 17th Amendment would help restore some of the balance America used to have in the government. Let the state legislatures choose the senate as was done prior to 1913. The Senate moderated the populist groundswell because popular vote didn't determine its' membership. This might moderate some of the popularity aspects of senate races.

Murphy and The Law of Unintended Consequences never rest and cannot be repealed nor appealed.

What difference will it make? None, because we're already circling the drain...
