Even a first year law student is familiar with the unconstitutionality of ex-post facto legislation. How has this simple fact slipped by our all-wise solons in DC? Dear God, is it necessary to have the Law of Unintended Consequences tattooed on every politician's forehead from city council person on up to the HMFIC? Now Harry "the persimmon-eating peckerwood" Reid isn't happy with just his mag-lev billions but demands that porkulus ca$h be available to casinos, too. The fact that his fiefdom of Nevada has joined Koll-ee-4-knee-ya in the "We've Got 10% Unemployment Club" isn't surprising to me and affords a measure of schadenfreude. Sorry 'bout that, Nevada, but you can look on it as a down payment on the rest of the country's payback for afflicting that lying, thieving, cheating piece of desert-stealing shit on the body politic long enough for his wizened visage to be broadcast constantly. Here's hopin' you all and the Governator's paradise Mehico Norte have a dead-heat getting to 20% unemployment. And take Taxachussets witcha. They "owe" us in flyover country for the Admiral of Chappaquiddick and the Ensign of Cambodia....
Ya know, I gotta believe if it were 1783 Dodd and Frank would be decorating an oak tree for treason. For sure Lincoln would have tossed their asses in jail in 1861 for sedition. Instead the Liar ("They made me add it")and Grubby Paws ("It'th Buth'th fault, all Buth'th's fault!!one!!") are pontificating on the news programs. Spending more money that will be collected from our children's children and beggaring the country. Fertilizing ACORN and harvesting the nuts for their campaign treasure chests...
And SanFraNan, the Harpy of Haight-Ashbury, declares that enforcing the US's laws is UnAmerican! Well, excuse ME, Ms. Botox-monkey, but I b'lieve your oath of office requires you to uphold and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States - not just the ones that don't interfere with your naked (EEEEEEWWWWW!) grasping of power in a manner quite like Lady Macbeth - but you are no lady .... Feh - she and her policies sicken me. Someone dump some water or a house on her, please.
