Once again the azzoles in the former malarial swamp on the Potomac are fixing to screw the productive folks blind. The latest (old) vehicle is a national sales tax or VAT (value added tax). Leaving aside that the gov adds no value and instead sucks up productivity, it appears that Hopey is reaching out for any way to beat his deficits into submission. I figure this will be almost as popular as an internet sales tax. But hey, it's change....
