Cap-and-Rape
Y'know what surprised the bejesus out of me? The representative from Middle Earth Dennis-the-Menace Kook-cinich (Orc, OH-10) voted against the Cap-and-Rape bill. The bill must really suck if Dennis bucks his party without 200,000 "well-chosen" words.....
