Of course, LA Councilmember Ted "The Bong" LaBonge (I can't make this shit up) claims that LA owns part of the power plants, so the idea is a non-starter. STFU and STFD, Teddy.

Be a damned shame if chains fell from the skies onto the outputs of the power plants...
