I May Be Paranoid BUT

...this post by our friends at Sweet Tea and Livermush seems to parallel my thoughts:
"Here is a prediction: Across the country, there will be races that some candidates will lose even though poll numbers, right now, indicate otherwise.
This, by God, scares the hell out of me. I hope fervently that this is a polling artifact, but I doubt it, given our history. It may be a trigger to reactions that are irreversable. Fraud by the lib-ruls (can we say ACORN?) has been "normal" for years, but outright theft on a grand scale during this election may be enough to cause problems large enough to rend our socio/political contract. That is indeed a scary scenario. Add that to the mortgage charlie-foxtrot and the deficit spending problem - if y'all ain't scared, you ain't thinkin'!

But that may just be my perception. What's yours?

The only antidote I see would be to have such a massive turnout that the left would simply be unable to manufacture enough votes to steal an election. A close election is easy to steal.

Deadpool Dad, thanks a million for the link. Thanks a million more for your service.

We're feeling pretty pleased with ourselves in the Old North State, and those of you in the Buckeye State should enjoy much chest-thumping this morning, too. A grassroot ground swell of the highest order, and none too soon!

Raising my coffee cup to you, friend.
