before Bloomie scams a federal grant to set up 3 or four of these over the Big Apple. (As was once stated, "We have the technology".) Wetware is still lagging.
This frankly scares the beejezus out of me. I don't want anybody running a surveillance net like that in Cleveland or anywhere else. But we have the tech already developed.
