The reason behind Mueller is to "cleverly cover true collusion (through bribery aka Clinton Foundation)" seems very self- evident. The investigation has appeared to reach "inane speed" six months ago.
The MSM coverage bias, of course, doesn't exist exist. This 2020 presidential election is going to stress America deeply. A lot will depends on the perception of accuracy in the vote. I can see a real "True The Vote" activity working to decrease the number of illegitimate votes gaining traction but one major party seems to have a vested interest in the system as it is.
