Been up visiting the Dotter and Grand-dotter in Michigan for the holidays. No 'net access since Macomb County shut down the "free" wi-fi due to funding problems, so I have spent a while catching up on the linked blogs I try to read daily (hi Minimedic! I know you're out there - still waiting for the details of the Western trek...) Then I played the profile game - if I read a particularly interesting comment or new blog, I'll go to the blogger's profile and look at the "Blogs I Follow" list and surf those that look interesting.

Here's your update on my western treck: Kanasas is one of the most boring states to drive through ever...did I mention they've started investing in wind power out there?
